Life can feel overwhelming—especially when stress, burnout, chronic illness, or major life changes begin to take a toll on your emotional and physical well-being. You may feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. If therapy has felt intimidating in the past or you’ve had an experience that left you feeling unheard, you’re not alone—and you deserve something different.

About Me
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. Together, we will explore what brought you to therapy at your own pace, honoring your experiences and strengths. I view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative—you are the expert on your life, and I am here to support you as you make meaning of your experiences and move toward healing.
Whether you are feeling burned out, navigating a new chapter of life, managing chronic health concerns, or seeking an affirming space to explore your identity and relationships, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can be a place to rewrite your story and rediscover balance, resilience, and self-compassion. If you are ready, I am here.
I have more than six years of experience in the mental health field. Before transitioning to private practice, I served as a program manager for a crisis stabilization unit. My background includes working on mobile crisis teams and assisting individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the necessity of meeting individuals at their current state, as each person offers a distinct viewpoint regarding their life and stresses.
My Self-Care
Outside of work, I’m usually outdoors—hiking, traveling, horseback riding, or running around with my dog, Moose. I believe in finding ways to reset, and I’ll help you find yours.
